The Alumnae Association of Mount Holyoke College is seeking an experienced leader to guide strategy and oversee programs and services in two key areas: alum engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion work with alums. The successful candidate will serve as a thought leader, key partner, steward, and champion to deepen the Alumnae Association’s approaches to diversity, equity, and inclusion work, and will partner with the Executive Director to plan and delineate a dynamic and inclusive engagement strategy for enhancing long-term relationships with all Mount Holyoke College alums.
