Senior Designer Hybrid - South Hadley, MA
We are seeking an experienced and talented communications professional to join our strategic team as a Senior Designer. The ideal candidate should possess a creative mind and exceptional graphic design skills to provide creative support to the Office of Communications, campus partners, and Mount Holyoke College. Creative Assets Manager Hybrid - South Hadley, MA
As Creative Assets Manager, you play a crucial role in producing captivating content that aligns with the College's brand and message. Your responsibilities range from videography and photography to animation and illustration. Collaborating closely with the Communications and Marketing team and other departments, you will deliver engaging content across all digital channels and print communications. Your position demands creativity and innovation, as you will be presenting fresh ideas that support the College's messaging goals and content strategies. Student Financial Services Counselor South Hadley, MA
The Student Financial Services Counselor serves the Student Financial Services office (SFS) in the important role of providing direct counseling support to students/families requesting information about how best to afford a Mount Holyoke College education. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Student Financial Services, this person joins a dynamic SFS team responsible for managing financial aid, billing, educational financing information and other related services to prospective and enrolled Mount Holyoke College students. The SFS team puts a high emphasis on quality student service.
Associate Director of Residential Life & Orientation South Hadley, MA
The Associate Director of Residential Life and Orientation is a 12-month position who reports to the Assistant Vice President of Student Engagement and Executive Director of Residential Life. The Associate Director will be responsible for the selection, training, supervision, and evaluation of three Area Coordinators. The Associate Director will oversee all community development efforts in the residence halls, work closely with our living learning community and help establish a residential curriculum. The Associate Director will work with Area Coordinators to ensure the selection, training and development of 76 student staff. The Associate Director will also directly supervise the Orientation Captains and indirectly supervise the Orientation Leaders as they work to produce a comprehensive welcoming experience for students on campus in the Fall and Spring. The Associate Director of Residential Life and Orientation will support the efforts of large scale office sponsored events, office communication and marketing efforts, and participate in campus wide committees as needed. This position does serve in our On-Call rotation as a back up staff member. Special preference will be given to those with experience working in living-learning communities. A partially furnished apartment with utilities included. This position requires 3-5 years of experience and is ideal for anyone who enjoys a varied work environment and a collaborative work style. The salary range is $48,000-$50,000.
Area Coordinator, Student Involvement South Hadley, MA
The Area Coordinator is a 12-month position who reports to the Associate Director of Residential Life and Orientation. The Area Coordinator is responsible for the overall functioning of a student residential area of campus consisting of 5-7 residence halls, including direct supervision of Residential Fellows and Resident Advisors. Area Coordinators work with the Assistant Vice President of Student Engagement & Executive Director of Residential Life and Associate Director of Residential Life & Orientation to develop an environment where individual responsibility and respect for differences are fostered and valued. In addition, the Area Coordinators are responsible for planning and promoting programmatic initiatives that will support community development. The Area Coordinator for Student Involvement will also hold a collateral assignment working with the Office of Student Involvement and supporting orientation, programs, and leadership work. Special preference will be given to those with experience working in living-learning communities. Serving in the on-call rotation requires a 15 minute response time. A partially furnished apartment with utilities included. This is an ideal position for a new professional. Bachelor’s Degree is required. This is an entry-level position with a limit of three years, with a possibility of extension for one additional year max. The salary is 44K.

The Student-Athlete Development and Promotions Coordinator is responsible for assisting with programming for the Peak Performance and Leadership Academy that supports student-athlete development in the areas of personal health and wellness, athletic performance, leadership development, career development, and community engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with student-athletes and athletics administration to brand and promote student-athlete development opportunities and promote student-athlete success. The Facilities Management department supports the administration, faculty, staff and students in the quality planning and development of facilities projects that support our mission. Our talented staff of approximately 140 FTEs (Cleaning, Mechanical Trades, Central Heating Plant, Grounds, Carpentry, Stockroom, EH&S, Fleet Services, and Mail Services & Duplication) are responsible for more than 2,000,000 SF of property in over 60+ major buildings and for maintaining more than 300 acres. The Support Services Assistant/Driver supports the daily operation of the Mail and Copy Centers. The Support Services Assistant/Driver receives and sorts all faculty and staff mail and packages from all carriers. Deliver faculty and staff mail and packages to campus locations, including the science center. The role also processes print and copy jobs in the Copy Center. The Support Services Assistant reports directly to the Manager of Mail and Copy Services Manager.

Museum Security Guard (Skinner Museum) - Part-time / On Call South Hadley, MA
This Museum Security Guard position will be primarily stationed at the Joseph Allen Skinner Museum and is planned as a part-time position working 6-8 hours per week for at least 24 weeks coinciding with the seasonal (April – October) hours of the Joseph Allen Skinner Museum. Schedule will be configured depending on availability of guard, but will require weekend or weekend & weekday hours totaling a minimum of 6-8 hours per week. Lifeguard-Summer South Hadley, MA
