The Help Desk Student Supervisor leads a team of student workers (20+), applying broad technical knowledge and proven troubleshooting approaches, to deliver campus technology support with a focus on the user-experience. The Help Desk Student Supervisor supervises student workers, modeling excellence in service delivery, collaboration, teamwork and knowledge sharing. As a key resource for student staff, who primarily work evenings and weekends, the incumbent is responsible for training, team building, performance management and supporting student staff needs and as such, they may be required to respond to student staff issues off-hours.
Reporting to the Manager of Community Technical Support (CTS), the Help Desk Student Supervisor serves as a first point of contact for student staff issues and a trusted technology advisor for the campus.

Sustainability Program Manager

The College’s Plan for Mount Holyoke 2023, identifies environmental sustainability as a strategic priority. In January 2018, the Board of Trustees of Mount Holyoke College endorsed the overarching goals of the College’s recent 2017 Sustainability Task Force recommendations, including the goal of becoming a carbon-neutral campus by 2037, it's bicentennial.
The College has defined a sustainability vision and approach to support the strategic priorities for Mount Holyoke College that is inclusive and progressive. The Program Manager works closely across college divisions and among students, faculty, and staff to advance sustainability as a core value in all aspects of the campus including academic programs and research, campus planning and operations, and co-curricular student opportunities with both local and global lenses.
